"Upgrade Feral Scream first for longer silence. You can alternate between them for a mix of utility and power. Shouldn't be prioritizing Vorpal Spikes at all if you're not going to be tanky at all.
Items are laughable. Get Philosopher's Stone if you're going to get a Regrowth Pendant"
