I think the masteries are ok where they are. I dont know the exact numbers but the rest of the Offense tree gives like 20-30 ap"

Anyways, Armor Pen is best for reds, because people will get armor vs a good twitch. Seals, if not jungling, should be MP5 or attack speed, obvious reasoning. Glyphs should be CDR/l"
