Posted a Comment: Mar 3rd, 2016 "Due to the... standardization of Cdr, do you still run the scaling CDR per level runes? Seems a bit odd for the late game as all the cdr items will make you hit a multiple of 10, and while you can raise the cap of cdr, it also already gives you 5 percent that you used to get from the old masteries."

W does let you clear stuff faster if you choose but if you want to have more successful ganks, then the extra damage from more levels in E will help you out more tha"
