I by no means feel that this is the best build for Thresh in general, I absolutely agree that the strongest place for him is as a bottom lane tanky support. But if you enjoy the champion already and are experienced with him, and feel like some fun elsewhere as an AD"

I'd add Lee Sin and Akali to the tough opponents list, you're very strong at last hitting but can't match them in wave clear without going oom and they can bot"

Posted a Comment: Dec 19th, 2012 "Teemo, Caitlyn and Twitch are amazing with this... you can pair it with a Statikk Shiv and it'll proc every 2-3 attacks also. Wipes creep waves amazingly well. In a teamfight you can just hit the frontline from safety and spread pain across the entire team."
