I play with your build, but instead of liandry's torment i pick rilay, 80ap vs 50ap and 15 magic pen , 500hp vs 300hp, and about the passive, i'd pref rylais, it helps u "

First, you will normally face against poke supports / carrys and u need this hp regen. Also, thresh is not a mana spammer support, such as nidalee / sona , u don't really need those 2 ma"
