You want to be playing around your passive a lot in this matchup- more specifically if he's using his W, you can more often than not run through him with passive to get away from it, or towards and out the side where it's more narrow. The main issue is his Q a"

I think it's fine if you're going AP- I do personally think off-tank/tank is stronger for Singed atm in preseason though just because it's an assassin meta (Whoever bursts first wins) so being tanky enough to not get burst is what we need, as opposed to trying to get into a situation of burstin"
