It’s also a matter of having domination primary to guarantee a burst + gold snowball whereas precision primary is best in extended trades and teamfights which makes it harder to pilot early. Basically I never thought rushing PD was a play until I saw kog’maws doing it every game in korea about two months ago, so I gave it a try and it was far stronger than the rest. As a 4th/5th item PD would not be as great"
