"Excellent guide! Champion play is described well throughout all phases of game play as well a large amount of advice on match ups. The only downside to this guide is a slight lack of itemization options. Not to say the items here are not excellent choice for most games. All in all, wonder work!"

"Consider taking smite...
It might seem like a stupid idea, but, with the mastery it nets you almost 800 gold in 30 min if you use it every cooldown to just snag one minion occasionally. It works surprisingly well for keeping yourself fed while letting your carry take almost all the minions."

"The only things i would change on this are:
Take giant's belt instead of Catalyst(going for rylai's earlier, instead of RoA)
Then in place of where rylai's was, take deathstaff.(the magic pen > ability power on soraka due to her low ap% on spells)
