Why do you get all the badges for lower leagues when you are higher than bronze?
It is pretty pointless that a diamond player gets like 6 badges only for being diamond at the end of the season imo.

bv offers better stats(the cdr on sv should be wasted if you get 10% cdr from runes or masteries or blue buff) and its passive is better as well imo."
