Posted a Comment: Jul 20th, 2013 "bt is not really a balls-deep item because it is useful even if you have no stacks. also you can get stacks by just farming minions which is simply cheap :D if i wanted all the stack items i would also get a tear. i wanted to get as much ad as possible and ie reminded me of the good old times in s2"
