"armor kit cd should be lower and hyper boost cd should be higher imo. you might need the shield in lane :P
dude even morgs shield which is a spell shield has only 15 seconds cd at level 5 so go and fix it!

why not disallow guide publishing the first few day after the release of the matching champion???
voting on a guide of a new champion is disallwed the first few days after its release. why does this not apply for publishing a guide of it, too? there is simply no way anyone could play enough...
