Posted a Comment: Jul 28th, 2021 "Alright, I didn't have much time before but now, after looking more carefully, there is more matchups I dissagree with: 1) Fizz- he can be tricky as long as you don't have correct runes, you take bone plating in second tree, that prevents him from all in pre 6 and winning it, after 6, if he engages"

Also you showed 2 build, with poke and burst, why would I take scaling rune storm, instead of scorch, if we assume we want to poke, we should take all runes to poke, and if we want to scale, phase rush is better option bec"
