"This would be great to have, but we would need help from the community to scour for and input all of that information. If you guys were interested in helping us to maintain such a section we could do it."

"Reasons why you won't show up as a guide:
-not enough letters
-missing details in the build (champion, runes, skills, masteries, items), even if you're missing just one point somewhere
-you need to wait a few minutes for caching to clear on the browse page

"There was a small glitch causing the votes to sometimes still get posted as comments. I fixed the glitch and removed all the empty comments that had resulted, this did not affect the votes themselves though.

Excessively derailing threads and trolling discussions will no longer be tolerated
The moderation team has been advised to start cracking down on people derailing threads and trolling.
While we want everyone to have fun on the site and not feel like big brother is watching,...

"Temporarily disabled. This feature seems to be having a lot of issues, and because it really doesn't get used much we'll have to put it on hold for now. We will come back to it again some time soon to fix it. In the mean time you'll have to copy manually."

Update: Lots of bug fixes, limit on public voting
We just deployed a bunch of bug fixes to the site. Among the issues fixed were:
Some consumables being counted as the final 6 items.
