Posted a Comment: Apr 30th, 2013 "There was a new check in place, whether or not you are a featured author, to determine if you should have the power to change the feature level of other articles. It had a minor glitch that was only occurring for people with certain ranks, so I never saw it myself. It's fixed :) Also, bugs preven"
