Either way, it doesn't work well because guides don't reach featured status very often, it's pretty rare, and so the list doesn't change much. I agree this "

We run backups daily at midnight, so that would be the most recent backup I would have (midnight before your issue occurred). I just need to know the exact time so I can get you the nearest backup.
