"Consider runaan's hurricane where you built black cleaver. each 2nd shot is considered part of the stack build and with the 70% attack speed, you crit almost every 2nd. plus in team fights, you pretty much slaughter two champions at once. IMO a bit better than the armor pen of bc. Food for thought."
