"The 2nd champ i got was caitlyn. First was Ashe. Caitlyn is very, very strong Lategame, i specially like that about her.
My build is pretty much the same as yours. I build her like this:
Zerks, Infinity, Zeal, Bloodthirst, upgrade Zeal do phantom dancer, and then depending on how the game goe"
