Otherwise:
- Yomou's
- Phantom Dancer for Movement speed (the faster you can reposition in your ult, the better!)

I don't see why he shouldn't be... Alpha Strike wrecks neutrals, especially with a bit of AP behind it. Pretty decent nuke vs. other champions, too.
Only problem I can see is he has no in-built CC, so ganks aren't as easy/good."

Very rarely see them at the level I play (i.e. looooooooow... lol)
Also, some champs are fine, but certain builds are underrated on them - Hybrid Taric, AP Twisted Fate, AP Sion, and my favourite troll bui"
