Constantly remain mobile, and harass her with your Transfusion when you can and the lane will be yours; if not, you're in"

Posted a Comment: "Ehh Skarner can clear the jungle pretty fast and can honestly gank at level 3 with red + blue. Blue > Wolves > Wraiths > Golems > Red > Gank. His sustainability is good in the jungle with defensive masteries as well (just my personal preference.) You can still do plenty of damage but "
