Health ones are the best yellow runes you can get atm (especially if u dont know whether ur against ad or AP) - but they are not essential for playing Nasus. I was never a fan of HP regen runes, but if you dont have the points for flat HP ones you will have"

They work similary in many cases, have similar weaknesses, but Trundle is way harder to pick up than the doge. Especially that you gotta plan everything around ur ult "
