"Not a very effective build. You have nearly no tanking capacity apart from some HP. You're not doing much damage, leave that to your carries while you protect them."

The AP ratios for Leona are actually worst than AD. Regardless I feel this gives her the ability to be a tank whilst being important to the team instead of "hey looks lets ignore her and wipe the team.&quo"
