I agree that I could do some tweaking in the masteries. But with the upcoming remake of Sivir, I kind of held back putting in effort before knowing the real deal.

Surge is quite good on her, giving an edge in her offence. Though with her currently short range she needs to be close to the enemy, which isn't a good spot for Sivir. Or she needs to run between auto attacks losing the effect on surge due long delays during catching up.
