As for you johndoee, as your comment was ment to be somehow insulting, it resulted in the change from phantom to black cleaver, it should help out do a load more damage.

"Did you even try the build before posting? Obviously not. It might not be as conventionnal as other builds, but take the time to try it and you'd be suprised.
As for the cooldown boots, its a way to cap CDR, if you ever try it, you'll enjoy 40% CDR on Talon.
