"Recently I've seen more and more Jhin players (from gold to challenger) buying Guinsoo Rageblade after Essence Reaver and IE, so I tried it and it seems very powerful thanks to the "rework"of the item, and I wanna know your opinion about it."

I saw on patch 8.6 that Dusktblade got a big nerf but Wukong was given a buff at the same time: so is the champion stronger or weaker than in 8.5? Just to know if I have to perma ban him or not."
