Your masteries don't fit with your summoner spells as you suggest flash+teleport but take summoner's wrath in offense which doesn't help at all. Also, you skill sequence doesn't fit the one you suggest in the chapter i think.

I also don't think that gold will be a problem i just think you should point out a little more that she is not the "you can have all the farm dear bot ad, i'll babysit you", like the current metagame suggest for support"

"The main problem is, you seem to not have decided what this build is for exactly. As you talk about "support" summoner spells and "accidently ksing" you still suggest an extremly expensive guide, which looks more like an ap carry mid build.
