"So what position do you want to play?" TeamSushi asked. "You can be Top, Mid or Jungle."
"I will need to think about it." I said. I mostly said that because I didn't want to think about it, but I knew I had to. To bad "Fill" isn't a lane. This choice is the promise, the commitment to preparing yourself for the battle. You pick that lane and promise your team you will not lose it, you will work that lane until you can help out in the team fights and push objectives to the win.
- MID would be my first choice since it is my most comfortable lane. I play mages mostly. Something I like about AP based champions, the utility, the mobility.
- TOP would be my second choice. I have been practicing it lately. Its a tough lane, an island, on your own for the most part. Boring to some. If you need help from your jungler it takes away from the help your bot late needs to scale faster and carry the team.
- JUNGLE would be my least favorite choice. So much pressure to keep up on farm, ganking, counter jungle, and last but not least the scapegoat. Almost all ragers blame the jungler for not being there to help win lanes.
Unlike Robert Frost, I have three roads. If this was a solo game I could choose the position I thought would be interesting to try out. Perhaps TOP since thats what I am into at the moment. JUNGLE also seems interesting but the recent changes mean I need to relearn a great deal about it. I think that since its a competition for my TEAM I should go with the comfortable position of MID and practice on my core champs. Yes, MID sounds good. MID.

*SIGH* Maybe TOP?
