This build is still being heavily tested. I understand the principle but each item order of purchase is based on user preference. Wriggles just grants AD Armor and lifesteal, making it important in the early-mid game. "

"2 phantom dancers are not needed, Life Steal should come from Wriggles and Stark's... Starks is close in effectiveness to Dancer, but provides an aura for your team... which ins teamfights... I suggest a revision on the items "
