Posted a Comment: "I dunno you need more options as far as items go like ancient golum, which gives good sustain early and kite-protection, thornmail, which if you have auto-attacker in your lane AND as enemy jungler is just friggen awesome mid-game. If Nasus is countered top he simply has to get either golum or shur"
