Posted a Comment: "It should be 6 flat cdr blues and 3 mr runes. The seventh flat cdr doesn't help that much, as 6*0.83=4.98 I don't think a rune is worth it if you only get 0.02% cdr out of it or gives you a really weird cdr number. Since you said that you like messing with cdr, you could go full cdr/lvl glyphs."

Posted a Comment: "The first game I used Poppy I failed hardcore, so I looked this guide up. Didn't do that great the first 2 games, as I have never used a build like this before. But on the third game...I ended with 46/11/7, and with a total of 32.1k gold. My best game by far. Tyvm for making this guide!"
