"I personally find AP better. Here are some points that I can think of.
All of her ratios are AP.
Survivability won't matter if you take out carry before anything can happen.
Ult is Attack Speed.
Using Ult, AP can crush towers faster than AD.
AD doesn't rely on CD.
AD is sustained damage.
