"Cleanse isn't bad. lol Well, it is just opinion. Nocturne, as an assassin, might find Cleanse as a way to save his life from CC focus. He isn't a tank.
Same with Rally; it could be used, but not all the time. It all is preference.

That sounds interesting. They way that sounds to me is a early game champion that becomes a more of a supporting role later game.

"Decent guide.... again I say. I would get 1 point in Alpha Strike earlier though, as it helps with chasing. Chase too long and you could end up getting killed yourself. +1 anyway since you didn't fail and not get at least 2 points in meditate early..... SO MUCH POWER!!!"
