i dont play much lee sin (only m4), but a while ago, I saw a lee sin guide on youtube that went pretty in depth, and it seems like it is a viable guide, and it can probably help you figure it...

"I'm switching over to scorch as of now, but i still tend to take waterwalking if I have a team that is going to be reliant on fights around baron or dragon. It works well if you have a team that would really benefit from the objective, like a vayne and a shyvana.

"It could work, but i dont think ultimate hat or transcendance are necessary, due to the fact that you are already going to hit CDR cap with both builds that are already there.
