"Alot of AP champs still get Muramana so if you're planning on getting Tear, it would probably be more effective to get it for your parlay, unless your main focus is Oranges and his Ult"

"he's pretty bad, Seeker's Armguard made him more viable, but Rumble, Akali, etc. are all better AP tops
The ult change they gave him was huge, but he's still weak because of the current meta of health stacking"
