items, summoner spells, regular spells, even rumble ult because im insane
only thing I don't smartcast is wards (which for me is the number 5 slot)
I'd recommend smartcasting. It will suck at first, but force yourself to do it, it will make you a better player in the "

"vamp quints really aren't that good in lane, you get minimal health at best early on. 6% lifesteal on like a 60-80 damage auto attack gives you like 5 health, you may as well just go double dorans. Not to mention that all her abilities which you are harassing with are purely magic damage. "

"E has a half second cast time, but I'm fairly certain it refreshes the auto attack animation, don't quote me on that. Needless to say, you gain a hell of alot more out of Rocket Jump than Explosive Shot in a level 1 invade"
