"believe me you're not 1500. You went 7/7 which is the most mediocre score ever, may even be subpar and as cuddowls said you has 113 cs in 30 minutes. 370 minions spawn in 30 minutes, not to mention jungle creeps, you managed to hit about 30% cs, which is pretty awful."
