"Cassiopeia is significantly stronger than Brand, brand is more of a burst mage and he is a dps mage. Plus she's punished less for missing than brand"

sunfire cape isn't even a good item. You hardly get stats for what you pay. Giant's Belt - 1110 for 430 hp. Chain Vest - 700g for 45 armor.
Sunfire Cap - 800g for 20 hp and a negligible passive (40 magic damage and a lower range than every ranged auto-att"
