"Mana regen won't specifically make you able to 'spam' more. If you're looking to actually spam Tumble then you might want to look into CDR blues. I assume you run flat MR or MR/lvl blues already, which would be less punishing to give up than armor runes. in bot lane at least"

"Lux is really strong in lane already. I'd agree that lux is stronger than ahri, but ahri has more consistent damage. Personally I'd rather have an ahri on my team"
