"i smart cast everything, try smart casting on easy champions or spells. Riven is very easy to smart cast on, caitlyn's 90-calibur net, Graves' quickdraw, etc. those are really basic ones to start with then work your way up.
I actually learned how to smart cast on Ezreal, then switche"

"it's not bad for certain champions that have high burst, like Nidalee's Javelin Toss, or Annie's Summon: Tibbers but for champions with sustained damage, like Cassiopeia it really won't do much because the multiplier will be so weak"
