"They reduced the range at which he can riftwalk by an insane amount. It has more to do with the recent nerfs than it does to do with his skill ceiling"

"1000 gold for an item that gives 300 health and does 5 (+1*lvl) damage per second is pretty efficient and even brokenly efficient in the jungle"

"She's really good mid and early game with huge damage output, she's pretty decent at ganking and has decent clear. I mean she has to atleast be tier one. She falls off late game and really doesn't have that much utility. Personally I'd put her mid tier 1"
