Warmog's is an okay item, but you can usually get enough health from your passive on Enrage, I personally would building a quicksilver sash or something instead. Armor pen is pretty good on Sion you may want to consider "

Item selections could be worse I guess but not exactly ideal, pretty subpar all around. No real escapes which Ashe desperately needs. Sorry, not a quality guide"
