The point of tiers is to set constrains for what constitutes a tier 1, 2, or 3 and whether or not a champion falls within them. It's not to judge the top 50 or so champions. W just gives a lot of free stats, but Q hits harder and reduces the enemy AD which is better for trading, but then again your bite is melee range so tough to say, I just don't really see the "

What are everyones thoughts on new soraka? I've been maxing Q and W second. There seems no point to point more than 1 point in E. I know the root duration goes up, but its already prety hard to...
