"Leona counters annie. I wouldn't pick annie into her. Leona is beefy enough to mitigate most of the damage annie has early game and she can all in at any point after level 2 and pick up a kill on annie. Annie's extremely squishy and Leona's level 6 can just kill her on command.

"It was a huge nerf. I wouldn't call him a strong pick anymore, just a decent one. He's still playable, a 2.25 second fear isn't bad, but it isn't a 3 second fear.
