I used to build him this way, but IMHO building Frozen Heart or Randuins Omen in stead of Trinity force and build only sheen is better than rushing Tri-f"

I found out, that taking e on 2nd lvl is much better choice as it gives you in fact more health than crystaline(53 if you hit all the monsters on blue, if I recall corectly (it is even more on wraiths) and it has shorter cd so "
