I seriously would not recommend using Fizz in the jungle at low account levels mainly because the runes do in fact make a noticeable difference when clearing. Fizz is a rather off-meta jungle champ mainly because his "

I have a quick question about the CDR glyphs you recommend in your guide. You suggest running them to lower the cool down on your quick draw early on, but wouldn't attack speed runes make more sense for that purpose sine the cool down is lowered every time you auto attack?.
