"Honestly shur is rly rly bad, the active is ok, but the stats ( Ap and mana regen ) is super bad for bard, as he wants tankier stats and doesnt rly need mana regen and doesnt have the best scalings"

I would say that Bard has never been as strong as he is as long as u go with the guardian locket build ive mentioned above. He is a hard support but also one of the best ones currently."

"hi those set of items are amazing on enchanters cause they are far safer than bard with higher range abilities than Bard. If bard were to buy those items he would sadly be in medium range and die very quickly as they dont offer any tanky stats, U have see bard as a "tanky" engage support/p"

"Hi yes ofc i know, the thing is after u apply the mark mandate wont do any dmg for 6 sek meaning ur item legit only does 30-60 dmg each 60 sek where before it did 200-300 dmg per 6 sek which is quite a big diffrence which is why mandate now is utter shit on bard now. Sadly."
