"No vote up or down, just wanted to provide some feedback. Starting out without mana regen can really cripple especially since you recommended ability power runes which gives you no mana regen at all. Your pictures show success, but I think you could do much better with a different item build.

"Your items output massive damage with a fair amount of magic penetration as well, and once you get time to work on the details of the guide I will come take another look and if it works out for me I will send a vote your way"

"I decided not to vote either way, I am opposed to Deathfire and Doran's Ring (which your guide recommends two of :/) but at the same time, you have a great amount of time and effort into this build and I am sure you will work out something efficient and deadly!
