"yeah, I know that. But I personally don't like it that much, since my ADC often play aggressive and they need the heal very often ^^, having a cooldown of 8sec on beginning isn't that fine...."

can you tell me why I should max Q over W first? I personally don't like it that much because the cooldown for the W is way to high on lower levels and this often is a problem, because I can't heal my allies fast enough.
