"build looks ok never mind the trolls pleanty of attack speed with that gunblade is fine but if u get stunned u will be fucked, i like to kite people arround with teemo so the way i play him a slow is very important triforce or frozen mallet while baiting people in to my magical traps ^^"

like the malady and hextech and rylia's. for MR i would go abysal scepter and a nashor's tooth for attack speed CDR and some more AP
as always boots are situational mercs for tenacity and MR sorc for offence "
