"Hey DragHyphen, this is a great guide and by far the optimal way to build skarner at the current patch. Skarner now has ridiculous dueling power and a range slow that can catch enemies after they flash. Just want to add that the classic 3 MS 9AS may in many situations be useful when catching slipper"
