"Level 1 runes are so cheap that it's not that big of a big deal if you waste some IP on them. Level 2 runes are too expensive, so I'd skip those altogether.

"Evelynn needs a rework badly (but does alright in Dominion)... Leona is one of my mains... Heimerdinger seems sort of weak, but he doesn't always feed as bad as I think he will... Playing Poppy makes me do insane things so I mostly try to avoid her, not that she's bad, I just can't p"
